Lancaster Live Music is a free, hand-curated listing of public events. These terms explain what the bulletin is, what it isn't, and the common-sense rules for using it.
This is a plain-language template for a soft launch. Have it reviewed by a professional before relying on it for anything legal.
Listings are informational
Every listing is gathered by hand from a venue's own calendar or public sources. It is provided for information only. We do our best to keep things accurate, but we make no guarantee that any date, time, lineup, price, or other detail is correct or current. Always verify with the venue before you go. Shows move, sell out, and get cancelled.
Links to other sites
Listings link out to venue calendars and other third-party websites so you can confirm the details and buy tickets. Those sites are run by other people. A link is not an endorsement, and we aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices.
Acceptable use
Please use the bulletin for its intended purpose — finding things to do in Lancaster County. Don't scrape or copy the listings wholesale to republish them as your own, don't try to break or overload the site, and don't use it to harass venues, performers, or anyone else. If you'd like to reuse our listings, just ask at hello@lanclive.com.
No warranty
The bulletin is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every listing is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lancaster Live Music and the people behind it aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the bulletin or from reliance on any listing — including a drive to a show that was cancelled, moved, or never happened. Your use of the bulletin is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date below. Continuing to use the bulletin after a change means you accept the updated terms.
